On November 25th, an Information Session about B.H.M.S. and an Introduction to the Hospitality Industry was successfully held at the Shangri–La Hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

B.H.M.S. is proud of the success of Chef Shaun Leonard and the Cercle des Chef de Cuisine Lucerne (CCCL) as they won their third gold medal in a row at the Culinary World Cup and finished at an overall 2nd place out of 42 teams in the Culinary World Cup ‘EXPOGAST’ 2018 in Luxembourg.

As part of their study journey, our students from the Bachelor in Culinary Arts enjoyed participating at an amazing event,  the B.H.M.S. Culinary Academy Gold Cup Competition!

On June 23rd, an Information Session about B.H.M.S. and the Hospitality Industry was successfully held at the Grand Hilton Hotel in Seoul.Two hundred and forty people attended this event.

On June 20th, B.H.M.S. celebrated a new class of graduates at the Schweizerhof, a traditional 5-star hotel located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, with a ceremony gathering 80 students from different nationalities. 

Students from the last year's Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts at B.H.M.S., always take part in different projects, workshops and practical experiences in order to enhance their knowledge and practical skills. Taking over a restaurant in Lucerne is one of these projects.

B.H.M.S. participated for second time in the “The Future Chef Contest" which is an annual student Culinary Competition similar to the MasterChef in Asia.

B.H.M.S. was honoured to welcome at the City Campus the Professor Ghader Ghorbani, the Iranian Deputy Minister of Science & Technology.

During December, B.H.M.S. invited and hosted in Lucerne groups of agents from Asia,Russia, CIS and Iran.

The iconic location of the Culture and Convention Center in Lucerne hosted the Master, Graduate Certificate, PGD, Bachelor and MBA graduates and we were pleased to watch them receiving their Diplomas and Degrees, a proof of their hard work during study time.

Our students enjoy the Christmas season in Switzerland as they have the opportunity to travel around the country, admire the street lights, the snowed villages and be part of the festive atmosphere they find in every city they visit.

Mr. Meister and Dr. Anthony Erb visited South Korea to sign a new collaboration between B.H.M.S. and two educational institutes in Seoul.

As part of the seminar in Sport and Event Marketing, the students had the chance to witness, firsthand, the management of one of the biggest one-day sport events in Switzerland this year, and the most important football match for Switzerland: the World Cup Play-offs between Northern Ireland and Switzerland.
